The Motyv philosophy is simple. Dig as deep as possible to the core motive inside you creating whatever problem is going on in your life, face the resistance to change, adopt the perfect principles that would lead to change, and then fight like crazy to internalize and live those principles.
People need help digging. We also need help seeing the resistance that holds us back from changing. Without another person challenging you, influencing you to face those hidden challenges, you won't change.
Shayden's passion is people. Some people are really good at sports, tech, finance, etc, but his expertise is deeply and empathically understanding you and your experience.
